Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Reverse Singing Android app.

Effective date: March 14, 2026 Contact: support@dahmani.me

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using Reverse Singing, the user agrees to these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree, they should not use the app.

2. The service

Reverse Singing is an Android app that allows users to record audio, play it back in original and reversed form, share recordings, view ads in the free version, and optionally purchase an ad-free subscription.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the app in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with the app, connected services, subscription systems, or ad systems.
  • Misuse the app to distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
  • Reverse engineer or bypass payment, advertising, or access-control mechanisms except as allowed by law.

4. User content

Users are responsible for the audio they record, import into sharing flows, or distribute using the app. Users should only record or share content they have the right to use.

The developer does not claim ownership of user recordings. The app stores recordings locally on the device unless the user chooses to share them through another service or app.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Optional subscriptions are sold through Google Play.
  • Subscription entitlement handling is managed through RevenueCat and Google Play billing systems.
  • Pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling are subject to Google Play terms and policies.
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.

6. Ads and free access

The free version of Reverse Singing may display ads and monetization prompts, including interstitial, app open, or paywall-related flows. Premium subscribers should not receive ad-supported access paths while their entitlement is active.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services for billing, subscriptions, advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, consent flows, and remote configuration. Availability or behavior of those services may affect app features.

8. Availability and changes

The app may change over time. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed, including monetization, subscription offerings, audio processing behavior, legal pages, and compatibility support.

9. Disclaimer

Reverse Singing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or network environment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

11. Termination

Access to the app or parts of its services may be limited or terminated if necessary for legal, operational, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

12. Governing updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an updated version is posted means the user accepts the updated Terms.
